Think Summer 2020!
CAHOOTS math and language arts in one book … great value!

Parents, it is time to start thinking about summer and how you will help your children keep their math and language arts skills sharp.  CAHOOTS is a workbook correspondence program for math and language arts, designed to more closely match our district curriculum through an engaging and reflective approach to learning.  CAHOOTS should not be considered as a replacement for participating in summer school, if a child qualifies.  CAHOOTS registration information will be sent home with students the week of March 2.  Sample workbooks will be available for review in the school office in February/March.  The deadline for registration is April 3.  Cost is $42.  Watch for more information later this winter.

Red Pine Yearbooks are on sale now!
Order forms were sent home before break or you can go to Jostens.com to order!  Orders are due 1/24.
Contact Betsy Zirbes (elizabeth.zirbes@district196.org) with questions!

Mark your Calendars!  Save Next Wednesday to eat OUT!
Red Pine Elementary will have a Chipotle Nightfundraiser between 4:00pm and 8:00pm on Wednesday, January 29th, at the Chipotle at 3390 150th Street in Rosemount.  We will be sending out a flyer on Friday, January 24th.  If you show the flyer to the cashier, you're supporting the cause to make sure that 33% of the proceeds will be donated to Red Pine Elementary.  School Spirit Tastes Great!!!  Thanks for your Support!!!

This link may be shared with others and also pulled up on phones to show to Chipotle instead of flyer on Wednesday, January 29th. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zf1-ybaMZXJKpJNR4y3LTY8e69cwxKqu/view?usp=sharing

Coke Rewards
We’re excited to share that our school is part of the Coca-Cola Give program. This opens up Red Pine to new funding opportunities to help improve learning environments for students.

The best part? Donations don’t come out of your own pocket. When you make Coca-Cola purchases, you simply enter the product codes here: https://us.coca-cola.com/give/schools/ and our school receives a donation.

Do you know of any company that would allow a box to be set up to collect Coca-Cola caps? We can get a box all set up and will drop off and pick up the caps! (there is a collection box in the entry area of the school as well)

Please contact Ashlie Brown at Ashliebrown427@gmail.com if interested.
